Right of withdrawal and returns

Whilst we try to ensure all your products arrive in perfect condition due to the delicacy of some of our items situations may arise when they get damaged in transit, if products are damaged please contact us and we will arrange collection and a replacement free of charge.

If you are not entirely happy with our product for any reason you are entitled to a refund if you notify us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days. It is your responsibility to ensure returned items arrive in the original condition at the address below before a refund is processed, Sculptured arts studio are not responsible for the outward postage or return postage costs, and any refunds will not include postage costs. There may be a restocking fee due, please check.
