Le lion endormi a été réalisé par Rinaldo Rinaldi et le lion accroupi a été réalisé par Francesco Benaglia, chacun pesant 3,5 tonnes chacun en marbre de Carara.
Le studio Sculptured Arts est le fournisseur officiel de sculptures de Chatsworth House.
