Emperor Lucius Verus 130-169 AD.

A bust of Lucius Verus, after the antique, depicts him as the noble commander of the Roman armies, having destroyed the Parthian empire & the Armenian kingdom. 

The original was unearthed in excavations in Rome, and is now housed in the Louvre museum, Paris, and a fine copy from antiquity is housed in the Chatsworth House Sculpture collection, Derbyshire, England.
